Question Is this possible in Outlook?

Is it possible to set up Outlook to bounce back emails sent from a specific domain?

I know how to automatically block mail from the offending domain but want to send a full and frank auto response to advise the senders that no mail is accepted from their domain.

It is coming via a website contact form if that makes a difference, but it has also come directly to an info@ address in the past.

Yes, you should be able to set up a rule to autoreply. The way to do it is go into Tools > Rules and choose the option to 'check messages when they arrive', tick with specific word in the sender's address list, and specify the domain name, then click next and tick 'have server send a reply'. Write your reply and click finish.

If the site is with Equiphase you can do this in your control panel under the Account Level Filtering section

Thanks, both.

It isn't an Equiphase hosted site the problem has arisen from, Stu, so will follow Marc's instructions above.
