Hi Gordon, that sounds great. As far as Aviemore is concerned then the Cairngorm hotel opposite the station is by far the biggest and most user friendly for the business community (has a great website too!) alternatively the Cairngorms National Park is based in Grantown on Spey (where we live/work) and so businesses are used to coming here - either to the Garth Hotel (again another good website!) or the British Legion - which sounds awful but actually they cater for large groups. As far as Inverness goes I am not so much up to speed on what goes on up there but would definitely come and visit if you were thinking of doing a meeting at some point.
