TEXT 4 COCKTAILS makes no representation and does not warrant that any logo provided as part of the services of Text 4 Cocktails does not and will not infringe a third parties intellectual property rights.
That WOULDN'T absolve you from a breach of copyright action and, in fact is one HELLUVA admission to make. You are 100% responsible for checking and clearing copyright on EVERYTHING you post and distribute through the site and indeed the business....
