Sales is not marketing and marketing is not sales. I hope none of you would consider taking advice from me on accountancy or website design or widget making as I have never done either and know nothing about them. It doesn't appear to me that Mr Kolah has ever been at the coal face and furthermore has never worked for or ran an SME. The promo material has no details, specifics or testimonials.
I think I will pass.

Well you know me; I'm a cynical auld git at the best of times, and generally do rail against
glibilization in business. Too many 'evangelists' with their various 'ways', 'truths' and 'lights'...
There's no doubting Ardi's level of learning and expertise in business law and in fact I'd highly recommend his book "Essential Law for Marketers". But I'll be honest in saying that I personally struggle with the concept of him as a journalist. And my opinion of him in that respect is that he was rather unimpressive in that role. Strikes me that if Ardi is anything,
it is just a self-promoter....
As a former-ITV man myself I have perhaps a jaded view of things at the Beeb. But in some quarters there's far too much of a 'jack of all trades' culture coupled to an alive-and-well 'old boy' network. There are ex-BBC people (Sara Edwards for instance) who I hold in
very high regard. But then she's never tried to 'blag' her way into fields that she's no real knowledge of...
I suppose he could aye argue he IS an SME

But frankly these guys are to business what 'Boyzone' is to serious Rock Music....
And can I point out that this 'world renowned' marketing Guru
doesn't even merit his own Wikipedia Page?

Most of the info you'll get on him comes from his agent!
