Theoretically.... In my case; yeah! The bloke's up for a natter.... How's the wee yin, have I got my old car resprayed and this weather's hellish... Which is nice but.... If only when he put the forms into wherever they get put they didn't disappear into a black hole...

You're right though; the others are just as bad if not worse. We were with HSBC before and if was as though we just didn't exist. And this is where the banks REALLY have their collective heads up their annular output ports. They're not interested in 'nuts and bolts' businesses. Happily losing site of the fact that the whole machine is held together with nuts and bolts!

(and yes; before anyone else says it, in my case mainly nuts )
